University Hospital Foundation To Host Its Annual Golf Classic & Silent Auction
University Hospital Foundation will host its annual Golf Classic, a charitable benefit to raise funds to advance the life-saving mission of University Hospital in Newark, NJ
The Golf Classic, set for Monday, June 26th, will commence with a brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon at the Crestmont Country Club, 750 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey. In celebration of this year’s Golf Classic, tee time starts at 12 noon and continues until 5 p.m.
Proceeds from the 2023 Golf Classic and hybrid (virtual and on-site) silent auction also will be used to purchase a new ambulance for the Hospital’s Emergency Medical Services fleet.
Individuals interested in supporting University Hospital Foundation can purchase a ticket to join the cocktail reception that will go from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy listening to Guitarist Brian Bauers and same unique flavors of whiskey made by All Points West Distillery of Newark’s Ironbound.
The silent auction will feature several luxury items and experiences, including golf foursomes at exclusive clubs, vacation houses, and sports tickets. The auction will be hosted online, https://givebutter.com/c/university_hospital_silent_auction opening at 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, and closing at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 26th. Auction items will be displayed at the cocktail reception in addition to being featured online. All bidding will take place virtually or on-site and winners will be notified at close.
